Riverside Theatricals, Inc. is a registered California nonprofit corporation and is currently awaiting approval of its 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status from the IRS. We are able to accept charitable contributions at this time. Once our 501(c)(3) status is approved, donations made during the application period are expected to be tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
